Key Responsibilities

  • Scribe the note for provider which includes HPI, physical exam, diagnostic review, discussion/summary and medical/work excuse.
  • Assists in rooming the patient and completing clinical intake.
  • Review daily schedule and bring scheduling changes/adjustments to provider’s attention (includes rescheduling or calling other office/individual to confirm specific equipment is available).

Requirements

  • Athletic Trainer BOC
  • State of Pennsylvania within 1 Year American Heart Association Basic Life Support
  • State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire ATL
  • Athletic Trainer License
