Key Responsibilities

• As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you’ll play a meaningful role in ensuring that Boundless Health goals and objectives are achieved in the primary care environment.

• The Nurse Practitioner is also responsible for ensuring all medical services are compliant with legal and licensure.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner and have a Certificate to Prescribe in the State of Ohio.

• Must have at least two years of relevant professional experience working as an Advanced Practice Practitioner

• Must be able to provide cardio pulmonary resuscitation.

• Must be able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with a variety of audiences, and willing to represent the organization within the medical/health
