Key Responsibilities

The Executive Medical Director provides strategic and clinical leadership to advance the organization's mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This role acts as the principal physician advisor to executive leadership, fostering collaboration and driving clinical quality, patient safety, and operational performance.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Medical Degree (MD or D.O.) and a current Physician and Surgeon License in California. A minimum of five years of physician leadership or clinical operations experience in an integrated medical group or health system is preferred.
