Weekends and Holidays

Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program. Our IOP is experiencing growth and significant expansion; we will now be able to offer treatment to individuals in need 365 days a year. This program utilizes both virtual and in-person treatment.

The position is designed for weekend and holiday coverage only. We offer highly flexible working hours including a weekend off every quarter. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving those with behavioral health and substance abuse issues.

Typical Responsibilities Include

• Complete psychosocial assessment upon admission
• Case management and treatment planning
• Group, individual, and family sessions
• Aftercare coordination
• Document treatment provided to patient in medical record legibly and in a timely manner

Assist with Groups on Acute Inpatient Unit

Qualifications

Qualifications

Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.

A minimum of one (1) year with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, treatment and clinical assessment skills preferred.

Licensure required. LSW, LMHCa or equivalent; LCSW, LMFT, LMHC.

Able to work weekends and holidays
