Responsibilities Therapist (IOP) Part-Time WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program. Our IOP is experiencing growth and significant expansion; we will now be able to offer treatment to individuals in need 365 days a year.

The therapist will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions. They are also responsible for case management, aftercare coordination, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or a related clinical mental health field and possess a valid professional license such as LSW, LMHCa, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC. At least one year of direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and clinical assessment is preferred.
