Key Responsibilities

The therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing customized treatment plans, and providing ongoing care to maximize functional independence. They also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, maintain clinical documentation, and oversee rehab staff and students.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a BS, MS, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution and possess a valid license in Kentucky or Indiana. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is also required.
