Job Summary

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist.

Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist Highlights

  • Dedicated Cath Lab time for heart failure procedures such as heart catheterization, implantable PA sensors, endomyocardial biopsies, etc.
  • Outreach clinic 2-3 times/month at satellite HF clinics setting, within 1 hour or less drive time from Toledo
  • Multi-subspecialty cardiology group including interventional, electrophysiology, cardiac imaging, & structural heart.
  • Catchment area encompasses 27 counties throughout NW Ohio and SE Michigan
  • Being part of a diverse provider network focused on high-quality, patient-centered care

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.

  • Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
  • Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.

Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e. g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).

Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
