Job Description

  • Dental Hygienist – Midwest Dental (Wells, MN)
  • (open to full time or Part time)
  • Where small-town charm meets top-scope hygiene care.

At Midwest Dental – Wells, supported by Smile Brands, you truly get the best of both worlds — the welcoming, relationship-driven feel of private practice paired with the training, technology, benefits, and stability of a leading dental organization. If you're passionate about patient connection, expanding your clinical expertise, and becoming part of a close-knit community, Wells is the place to build your career and your life.

Why Wells, MN?

Wells is a warm, friendly southern Minnesota community where people know their neighbors, take pride in their town, and welcome new faces with open arms. With charming local shops, scenic parks, an easy commute to Albert Lea or Mankato, and a cost of living far below big-city markets, Wells offers:

  • A slower pace without sacrificing convenience
  • Safe neighborhoods and strong schools
  • A community that values connection, kindness, and care
  • A place where patients become like family — and providers stay for years

If you’re looking for a community where you can plant roots, build long-term patient relationships, and enjoy a balanced quality of life, Wells is the perfect fit.

About Our Practice

Our Wells team is known for being warm, collaborative, patient-focused, and truly supportive — the kind of office hygienists love being a part of. Patients trust us because we take the time to listen, educate, and treat each person with compassion and respect.

Hygienists here practice top-of-scope hygiene, partner closely with the doctor, and play a key role in patient education and case acceptance. You’ll join a team that values prevention, takes pride in quality care, and creates a comfortable, judgment-free environment for every patient.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based preventive care and diagnostics
  • Build strong patient relationships and support long-term oral health
  • Co-diagnose with the dentist to personalize treatment plans
  • Educate and motivate patients through clear communication and rapport
  • Help maintain a welcoming, efficient clinic environment
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, instruments, and evolving hygiene standards

Community Roots

Join a practice where your patients know your name, trust your expertise, and appreciate the care you provide.
