• Grade Levels: Elementary - High School, mixed caseload

Role: This part-time role focuses on working with a wide age range of students across a variety of programs and abilities

Pay & Benefits

· Hourly Range: $48.00-$65.00/hour (W2, paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications.

· Employees who work fewer than 30 hours per week are considered part-time and are eligible for AnthroMed’s 401(k) retirement plan. This comes with a 100% employer match up to first 3% employee contribution.

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide onsite therapy and support to elementary-high school students in the Downriver Area. You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to support students and address their fine motor and sensory regulation needs.

Responsibilities

· Provide part-time, in person, occupational therapy services, three days per week.

· Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address fine motor and sensory regulation needs.

· Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ fine motor and sensory regulation skills across both classroom and individual settings.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.

· Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.

· Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.

· Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

· Active Occupational Therapy license in Michigan.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
