Job Description
A leading home health organization in Salem, Oregon is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team!
Pay: $58.00 - $63.00/hour
Occupational Therapist Opportunity
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities in their home environment and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' ability to perform daily living tasks
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and techniques to promote safety and independence
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans based on individual needs and outcomes
- Document visits and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary home health team
Occupational Therapist Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
- Minimum of one year of Occupational Therapy experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle required

Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients in their home environment to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. They are also responsible for monitoring patient progress, documenting visits, and educating caregivers on safety and adaptive techniques.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold an active Oregon license. A minimum of one year of experience, current BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle are required.
