Bilingual Community-Based Services Counselor

Join Seneca Family of Agencies as a Bilingual Community-Based Services Counselor in Contra Costa County, California.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and case management services for enrolled youth and their families.

• Support client and family to connect to natural supports and community-based resources.

• Provide crisis intervention and other mental health services as needed at client homes, schools, and other community locations.

• Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings when necessary.

Requirements

• Education/Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of applicable experience

• Applicable experience can include paid or unpaid experience working with youth or families or working in the social services field

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: hour6.22 - hour8.72/hour.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

• Call responsibilities required.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
