Anew Home Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist
PRN hours available! This position will cover the north side of Indianapolis!

Summary of Functions
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) implements independently skilled speech-language services for patients, caregivers and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and with Anew Home Health's policies and procedures. Evaluates patients, develops initial and ongoing treatment plans, develops discharge plans, and contributes to case management.

Key Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist implements skilled speech-language services for patients and caregivers in accordance with company policies. They are responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and contributing to overall case management.
Requirements
Candidates must be qualified Speech-Language Pathologists capable of working independently in a home health setting. The role requires the ability to collaborate within a team to deliver person-centered care.
