We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Therapist to join our growing Home Health team on the beautiful Oregon Coast. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and overall quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to coordinate care.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • Current Oregon Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
  • Home Health experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
