Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence for patients with neurological conditions. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and ensure accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Kentucky Physical Therapist (PT) license and have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Experience in neurological rehabilitation or long-term care settings is preferred.
