Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while conducting assessments and monitoring client progress. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs while collaborating with families and caregivers to support skill generalization.
Requirements
Requires an active BCBA certification and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Must hold a New Jersey LBA license and have experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
