Job Requirements
- Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university
- Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
- Ability to work independently
- Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
- Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
- NPI & DEA
- Current National Board Certification

Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality, preventative primary care to a commercially insured patient base in an outpatient setting. They will manage a realistic patient panel and utilize Epic EMR to build meaningful relationships and empower patients in their health journeys.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and possess at least three years of primary care experience. Applicants are required to have active licensure, NPI and DEA numbers, and current BLS certification.
