Key Responsibilities

The primary role involves providing guidance and supervision to children and adolescents in a residential setting, assisting residents with daily life decisions, conduct, and discipline according to agency policy. This includes implementing and maintaining Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) within the milieu environment to promote the physical and mental well-being of each child.

Requirements

Candidates should be empathetic, good listeners, enjoy working with youth, and possess a hopeful outlook, with a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Essential requirements include reliable transportation with specific seating capacity, a valid driver's license, insurance, and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic issues.
