Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.
Requires an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of a Family Medicine residency program. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine and hold a current, unrestricted Florida medical license.
