Position

The BCaBA is responsible for providing behavior analysis services to assist the Behavior Analyst. The BCaBA will implement the treatment plan developed with the BCBA to develop socially appropriate skills that align with the overall goals for successful completion of ABA services.

Duties

  • Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
  • Record data for prescribed training protocols.

Provide parent and caregiver training in line with client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.

  • Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
  • Assist Behavior Analysts with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments.
  • Assist Behavior Analysts in preparing client materials as instructed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
  • Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

The BCaBA implements behavior analysis services, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols, under the guidance of a BCBA. They also provide training to parents and caregivers while maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment.
