Chief Nursing Officer
An excellent healthcare facility near Brockton, MA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead the nursing team and serve as Chief Nursing Officer.

Chief Nursing Officer Responsibilities
Set organization-wide clinical standards, monitor the quality of patient care, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Oversee nurse managers, department supervisors, and clinical staff, working closely with department heads, the medical staff leadership, and the executive team to foster interdepartmental collaboration and provide high-quality patient care
Maintain compliance with regulations from The Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and State Laws.
Monitor quality indicators, risk management reports, and patient satisfaction scores to drive continuous improvement.
Chief Nursing Officer Qualifications
- Must have a BSN and a Master’s degree
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting, and at least 2 years of experience in nursing leadership
- Must have or be willing to obtain a CRRN Certification
