Key Responsibilities

The advisor will support enterprise growth strategy and service line development across the multi-campus system. They will also serve as the primary liaison to the physician community to drive recruitment, retention, and referral relationship management.

Requirements

Candidates must have 7-10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience and a strong background in business development and physician relations. A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration is preferred.
