We are looking to provide all our clinicians with great growth opportunities and additionally, flexible time schedules for our candidates in housecall and telemedicine settings.

Essential Functions

Oversee up to four Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners, including signing off on patient charts.

Diagnose and treat patients in private homes or assisted living facilities, including House Call services for common chronic diseases via “in-person” House Call and/or telemedicine visits

Analyzing and interpreting patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses

  • Developing treatment plans based on standards of care and professional practice guidelines
  • Chronic Medication management and educating patients on test results and treatment plans
  • Ordering or performing diagnostic tests.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy Medicine Degree (DO)
  • Licensed as a physician in good standing in Arizona, additional states preferred
  • Board-certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
  • 2+ years of post-residency experience in primary care, family practice, urgent care or specialties
  • Outstanding clinical expertise, evidenced-based practice
  • Culturally responsive and competent, providing patient education at every visit

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Above average comfort with technology and assisting patients with troubleshooting technical difficulties that may occur in the home environment
