Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district in Lacey, Washington. This role focuses on helping students overcome speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges that may impact academic and social success.
You will work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide individualized therapy services that promote student growth and participation within the school environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress planning
- Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Key Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in students. They will also collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans within the school setting.
Requirements
