A leading home health organization in Redding, California is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its growing team!
Pay: $44.00 - $66.00/hour
Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve performance of daily living tasks
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and safety strategies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Document visits and collaborate with the interdisciplinary home health team
Occupational Therapist Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required
- Active California Occupational Therapist license required
- Minimum of one year of Occupational Therapy experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle required

Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living tasks. They are also responsible for educating patients and caregivers on safety strategies and documenting progress within an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold an active California license. A minimum of one year of experience, current BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license are required.
