Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hourly or Contract
- Location: Cumming, GA | Clinic, In-Home & Community
- Position Type: Part-Time, Hourly or Contract
- Schedule: Flexible | Opportunities for Daytime, After-School & Evening Hours
- Caseload: Intentionally Small & Manageable
Do Great Clinical Work Without the Traditional ABA Grind.
At Limitless ABA, we believe BCBAs do their best work when they have the time, autonomy, and support to actually be clinicians.
We are a locally owned, mission-driven ABA provider serving children and families throughout the Cumming area. Our approach is compassionate, individualized, and deeply rooted in ethical clinical practice.
We are currently looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to work with a smaller caseload, collaborate with a supportive team, and maintain flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality.
This may be a great fit for a BCBA who wants to supplement an existing position, return to clinical work on a part-time basis, reduce the demands of a traditional full-time BCBA role, or simply work somewhere that prioritizes quality over volume.
Why BCBAs Choose Limitless
Manageable Caseloads
We intentionally maintain smaller BCBA caseloads. We are not looking for someone to oversee 15–20 clients or spend their week trying to keep up with an unsustainable volume of cases.
Clinical Autonomy
Our BCBAs are trusted to make individualized, data-driven clinical decisions based on the needs of the child and family—not arbitrary company-wide treatment requirements.
Ethics-First Culture
Our decisions are guided by our O.A.T.H. Core Values:
- Observe with Compassion
- Act with Integrity
- Train for Excellence
- Honor Meaningful Outcomes
You will never be expected to compromise clinical integrity to meet a financial metric.
Strong RBT Support
We believe quality ABA depends on quality training. BCBAs are expected to actively mentor, model, coach, and develop their RBT teams—not simply review graphs from a distance.
Flexible Scheduling
This position can be structured around mutually agreed-upon availability and client needs. Depending on availability, opportunities may include clinic-based, in-home, school/daycare, and community-based services.
A Voice in the Company
We value clinicians who think critically, identify opportunities for improvement, and want to help shape strong clinical systems. Your feedback will not disappear into layers of corporate leadership.
What You'll Do
As a BCBA with Limitless ABA, responsibilities may include:
- Conducting and/or updating comprehensive behavioral and skill assessments
- Developing individualized, medically necessary treatment plans
- Providing direct BCBA supervision and protocol modification
- Supervising and clinically supporting RBTs
- Using Behavioral Skills Training (BST), modeling, feedback, and competency-based training with team members
- Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment modifications
- Developing and updating Behavior Intervention Plans when appropriate
- Providing caregiver training and collaborating with families
- Collaborating appropriately with schools, SLPs, OTs, physicians, and other members of the client's treatment team
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and payer-compliant clinical documentation
- Supporting treatment generalization across clinic, home, school, and community environments
- Participating in clinical meetings and case collaboration as appropriate
We Care About Fit More Than a Five-Step Interview Process.
If you're a strong BCBA who loves the clinical side of ABA but is tired of overloaded caseloads, rigid productivity expectations, or feeling disconnected from the children and teams you're supposed to support, we'd love to talk.
You don't need to commit to a formal interview process just to learn more.
Send us your resume or reach out to schedule a brief 15-minute conversation with our leadership team.
Come see what ABA can look like when clinicians are given the space to actually be clinicians.
