Join REDISCOVER as a School-Based Mental Health Therapist - Lee's Summit School District (LPC or LCSW Required) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions with students on an IEP or in regular education to address mental health conditions impeding success at school.

May lead therapeutic student groups.

Identify at-risk students for the purpose of providing support and referrals to ensure student progress and ongoing involvement of family members in the educational process.

Provide prevention and early intervention services for the purpose of supporting student mental health and promoting overall school success.
