Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients for individual, couples, or family outpatient therapy sessions on a weekly/biweekly/monthly basis.

• Complete a comprehensive onboarding, including completion of maternal mental health foundation course. Collaborate with Team Lead and participate in meetings with administrative support to support best practices and compliance.

• Maintain a caseload to support a minimum of 25 completed client sessions per week (minimum availability of 30 hours per week).

• Maintain an individual book of business, ensuring clarity in communication of caseload availability and scheduling needs, maintaining current active clients, and assuring accuracy and clarity regarding frequency of client engagement.

Requirements

• You are a creative and thoughtful clinician with a deep commitment to empowering women and reducing healthcare disparities. You bring a growth mindset, cultural competence, and a passion for collaboration to your practice.

• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Independently Licensed to practice counseling/mental health therapy (LCSW, LPC-MHSP) in the state of TN.

• Direct clinical experience for 1 year is preferred. Ideal settings would include outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings.
