Key Responsibilities

will use advanced practice skills to provide assessment, coordination, navigation, and provision of services while integrating best practice guidelines and current evidence-based research into clinical practice for cancer care and hematology patients.

provide direct and comprehensive care and services to patients across the cancer care program at SHN.

lead quality improvement initiatives and make recommendations for change in consultation with the Program.

Provide training, coaching, and education related to evidence-based Oncology practice and knowledge among te.

Requirements

Maximum Hourly Rate: $69.04

Masters of Nursing

Current registration in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario

Minimum 3 years recent experience in acute oncology and systemic therapy
