Key Responsibilities

• will use advanced practice skills to provide assessment, coordination, navigation, and provision of services while integrating best practice guidelines and current evidence-based research into clinical practice for cancer care and hematology patients.

• provide direct and comprehensive care and services to patients across the cancer care program at SHN.

• lead quality improvement initiatives and make recommendations for change in consultation with the Program.

• Provide training, coaching, and education related to evidence-based Oncology practice and knowledge among te.

Requirements

• Maximum Hourly Rate: $69.04

• Masters of Nursing

• Current registration in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum 3 years recent experience in acute oncology and systemic therapy

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $76.86/hr.
