The Speech Pathologist will provide individualized, patient-centered speech therapy services in patients’ homes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive care plans. Responsibilities also include utilizing advanced clinical technology and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must meet the educational and experience requirements for the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or be in the process of completing the supervised experience required for Illinois state certification/licensure. Applicants must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, technologically proficient, and comfortable working autonomously.
