PRN Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and developing personalized care plans for patients in a skilled nursing facility. They will also perform re-evaluations and discharge planning under the supervision of a physician.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and certification from national board associations are required.
