Key Responsibilities

• will work independently and as part of a team, working effectively with various internal and external partners, patients, families, and physicians to facilitate patient care.

• provide patients and families with the psychosocial support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal.

Requirements

• MSW from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) or a similar accreditation body designated by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.

• LGSW, LISW or LICSW Licensure

• MN Board of Social Work

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $65K - $98K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
