Key Responsibilities

will work independently and as part of a team, working effectively with various internal and external partners, patients, families, and physicians to facilitate patient care.

Requirements

MSW from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) or a similar accreditation body designated by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.

LGSW, LISW or LICSW Licensure

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.
