Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), the largest healthcare organization in the South Florida region, with medical practices spanning from Key West to Palm Beach, is seeking to employ a Head and Neck Surgical Oncologist to join the Herbert Wertheim Cancer Institute, part of Baptist Health South Florida. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing multidisciplinary cancer program dedicated to delivering comprehensive surgical care for patients with complex head and neck malignancies within one of the nation's leading integrated healthcare systems.

• Full-Time Opportunity (Job ID: FY26-MIA-CC-23)
• Provide comprehensive surgical care for patients with head and neck malignancies, including cancers of the oral cavity, oropharynx, larynx, hypopharynx, salivary glands, thyroid, parathyroid, skin, and soft tissues of the head and neck
• Candidates must demonstrate expertise in microvascular reconstruction and complex reconstructive surgery

Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate closely with specialists in medical oncology, radiation oncology, neuroradiology, pathology, speech-language pathology, dentistry, plastic surgery, and supportive care services

Qualifications

Requirements include MD/DO from an accredited institution, active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date), and satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing

Candidates must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS)

Fellowship training in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology is required
