About the Role
Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Rogers, AR. M-F 8am-5pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Inpatient rehab setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using evidence‑based assessment tools.
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
- Educate and empower patients and their families to understand therapy objectives and support progress.
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarity.

Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current SLP licensure, and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP). Active CPR certification is required, and experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
