Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers comprehensive therapy modalities to patients in their homes to restore function. They also coordinate with the healthcare team, supervise COTAs, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy curriculum and possess a current Ohio license. A minimum of two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist is required, with additional home care and supervisory experience needed for those overseeing COTAs.
