Job Description
TeamHealth has a great new opportunity in Paris, Texas! TeamHealth currently has an opening for a physician who is board eligible or certified in emergency medicine or board certified in family medicine with EM experience to join our free-standing emergency department within 2 hours of the Dallas-Ft. Worth metro area.
This position offers competitive compensation. In addition, you will work along highly-trained and experienced peers.
Position Overview
- Average 40-50 patients per 24 hour shift
- 24 hours of physician coverage
- 10 hours daily APC coverage Sunday-Wednesday
- State-of-the-art equipment including ultrasounds, X-rays, and CT
- 1099 status

Key Responsibilities
Provide emergency medical care to patients in a freestanding emergency department setting. Collaborate with highly-trained peers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and safety.
Requirements
Must be board eligible or certified in emergency medicine, or board certified in family medicine with emergency medicine experience. The role is open to new graduates.
