About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough resident assessments including taking vital signs and reviewing medical histories.

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions.

Develop and implement individualized care plans, including wound care and infection control protocols.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.

Requirements

Master's degree in nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited program.

Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure and certification in the state of Indiana.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Demonstrated experience in resident care, including vital signs monitoring and wound care.
