Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist provides high-quality, patient-centered pharmaceutical care by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication use. Responsibilities include clinical decision-making, drug distribution, precepting students, and participating in departmental quality improvement projects.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and possess an active Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio. A minimum of 1-2 years of pharmacy experience is required, along with knowledge of Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations.
