Physical Therapist

Job Shift: Days

Job Type: Full Time

Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The Staff Therapist shall demonstrate the clinical ability to evaluate patients’ functional status, plan, implement and document individual therapeutic programs.

Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient and develop treatment plans.
• Provide patient care.
• Communication Skills.
• Orients, trains and supervises new staff, support personnel and students

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in PT.

Experience

• Required: None
• Desired: One year or more.

Licensure

• Licensed by Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance.

Certifications

• BLS
