Provide immediate in-person assessment, stabilization, and short-term intervention for individuals in crisis at the Walk-In Center. Evaluate risk, implement de-escalation strategies, and coordinate appropriate referrals and follow-up services.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health or crisis intervention and a valid driver's license are required.
