Key Responsibilities
The physician will perform transplant surgery, laparoscopic living donor nephrectomies, manage inpatients and ambulatory patients, and handle inpatient transplant consultations. They will join an established kidney transplant team while potentially contributing to the early development stages of a new liver transplant program.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree, successful completion of a Transplant Surgery fellowship, and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery. Completion of an ASTS-certified transplant surgery training program and the ability to obtain an ND license are also required.
