Requirements

  • degree Successful completion of a fellowship in Transplant Surgery Must hold an active medical license for each state in which the physician practices – either physically or virtually.
  • Must have a DEA for each state in which the physician physically practices.
  • Board Certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery or equivalent (American Osteopathic Board of Surgery, Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada).
  • If physician is not board certified upon commencement of employment, they must achieve board certification as outlined in the privileging documents.
