About the Role

Join Hillsdale Hospital as a Respiratory Therapist – Nights, Casual in United States. Work Schedule and Shift Premiums * Night shift * As a casual / per diem employee, hours vary based on the needs of the department * 2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour; 3rd shift premium is $3.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic testing which may include EKG’s, Holter Monitors, Event monitors, ABG’s, PFT’s, GXT’s and EEG’s

• Treats patients using oxygen or oxygen mixtures, aerosol medications and chest physiotherapy

• Administers medication to patients via NMT/MDI/DPI

• Performs pulmonary clearance procedures on patients utilizing PEP, Vest and CPT

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy

• Performs diagnostic testing which may include EKG’s, Holter Monitors, Event monitors, ABG’s, PFT’s, GXT’s and EEG’s

• Treats patients using oxygen or oxygen mixtures, aerosol medications and chest physiotherapy

• Administers medication to patients via NMT/MDI/DPI

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $2.00 - $3.05/hr

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• Night or evening shifts may be required.
