Key Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation under physician orders. Supervise physical therapist assistants and maintain accurate documentation using NetHealth software.
Requirements
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and possess a valid state license. One year of professional experience is preferred.
