Key Responsibilities
The therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and performing comprehensive discharge planning. They also function as an effective team member, contributing to departmental goals and overseeing rehab technicians and students.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BS, MS, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution and possess a valid license in Kentucky or Indiana. Additionally, a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
