Brinkley Brown Mental Wellness, PLLC is a growing, multidisciplinary private practice with nearly 30 providers serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across North Carolina.
We're Growing!
We are seeking a Fully or Associate Licensed EMDR Therapist to join our team at our Apex or Cary location.
We're looking for a clinician who is trained in EMDR and passionate about working with clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other mental health needs.
Our practice receives a steady flow of referrals for clients seeking trauma-focused therapy, and we are specifically looking to expand access to EMDR services at our Apex and Cary offices.

This position is specifically for a clinician interested in providing in-person EMDR and outpatient therapy services at our Apex or Cary office while building a consistent caseload around their clinical strengths and interests.

Who We're Looking For
We'd Love to Speak with You If You
Are fully or associate licensed in North Carolina as an LCSW/LCSWA, LMFT/LMFTA, or LCMHC/LCMHCA
Have completed EMDR training or are EMDR certified
Have experience or a strong clinical interest in working with trauma and PTSD
Are comfortable treating a range of outpatient presenting concerns
Are interested in developing a consistent caseload of 20+ sessions per week
Are available to provide in-person services at our Apex or Cary office
Value evidence-based, ethical, trauma-informed, and client-centered care
Enjoy professional independence while still being part of a supportive team
Experience utilizing EMDR with a variety of populations and presenting concerns is especially valued.
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with percentage-based compensation. Clinicians have significant autonomy over their schedules and caseloads, allowing you to build your practice around both your lifestyle and income goals.
Clinicians maintaining a full caseload can typically expect to earn approximately $85,000–$115,000+ annually, depending on licensure level, payer mix, and caseload.

Key Responsibilities
