Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare services including diagnosis, treatment, and health education across the lifespan. They will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage acute and chronic conditions while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing and possess a current, valid RN and APRN license in the State of Ohio. National certification as a Nurse Practitioner and current DEA registration are required for this role.
