Key Responsibilities
Travel to client homes to assess movement and mobility challenges while developing personalized recovery plans. Motivate and guide patients through functional exercises to improve their daily living and overall quality of life.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for performing home visits.
