  • Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
  • Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.

Position Requirements

Degree in Area of Discipline

  • Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
  • Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
  • Computer proficiency

Pay Range

USD $50.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.

Key Responsibilities

Provide rehabilitative services to senior patients under medical orders and develop individualized treatment programs based on clinical findings. Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care plans and ensure high-quality, one-on-one therapeutic sessions.

Requirements

Requires a degree in physical therapy and a current state license to practice. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills along with computer proficiency.
