Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages by assessing, recording, and reporting on their condition. They are responsible for determining the plan of care and completing documentation through an intuitive electronic medical record system.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapy license issued by the state board. Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program and reliable personal transportation are also required.
