Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

Key Responsibilities

Provides skilled occupational therapy services in a home health setting by assessing patient functioning and developing individualized plans of care. Monitors patient progress, adjusts treatments as necessary, and educates patients and caregivers to promote independence.

Requirements

Requires an active Michigan Occupational Therapy license, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Previous home health care experience is preferred.
