Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide on-site clinical coverage at a skilled nursing facility to evaluate and manage new admissions and acute medical issues. They will collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to determine appropriate treatment plans and prevent unnecessary hospital transfers.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia and board certification as a Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a clinical setting such as geriatrics, post-acute care, or internal medicine is preferred.
