Job description
Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary Range: $63,386.31–$95,090.19 annually
We are looking for a dedicated Oncology Dietitian to assess the nutritional needs of cancer patients, develop individualized nutrition care plans, and provide ongoing education and support throughout treatment. This role collaborates with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote optimal nutritional health and improve patient care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients’ nutritional status and identify nutrition-related concerns.
Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans.
Provide nutrition counseling, education, and ongoing support to patients and families.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
Identify patient learning needs and deliver education to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited college.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
At least 3 years of clinical nutrition experience, preferably in oncology.
Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO) or willingness to complete certification within one year of hire.
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Experience in patient education and public speaking.
Additional Requirements
Successful completion of required departmental programs.
Successful completion of the organizational orientation program.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics and possess the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential. At least 3 years of clinical nutrition experience is required, with a preference for oncology experience.
